She led entertainment content licensing and new business development for the Xbox Consumer Products Group and MSN Entertainment. Melethia’s teams formed strategic partnerships with industry influencers, A-list celebrities, high-profile tech companies, and popular media brands. Several partnerships resulted in pivotal and pioneering deals that helped to position Xbox, Bing, and MSN Entertainment as preferred platforms for the country’s largest advertisers and first-rate content publishers. Melethia’s leadership development training at Microsoft and Lockheed Martin combined with her insightful business perspectives prepared her for startup success. She launched Robin Steel LLC in 2018. Robin Steel is now a rapidly growing specialty contractor catering to the most prestigious commercial clientele and increasing pedestrian safety for their tenants.
