Melethia Campbell founded Robin Steel LLC on the winning principles that she learned as a negotiator and business development executive at Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, WA. She began her Microsoft career in Xbox Business Development, and later moved to Microsoft Online Services to lead partnership strategy and content licensing for MSN Entertainment and entertainment data licensing for Bing. Melethia achieved notable success in developing strategic partnerships and kick-starting first of kind businesses for Microsoft - receiving numerous promotions and other accolades over 15 years. She excels at driving projects from inception to marketplace, assembling and directing cross-functional teams, and identifying efficiencies. Melethia was Microsoft’s senior client manager on multiple Fortune 500 accounts and valued as a trusted advisor by her partners and colleagues.
Melethia is also a founding member and president of 1 Million Cups (1MC) Frisco. Launched in 2017, 1MC Frisco is a weekly entrepreneur education event hosted by the Dallas Cowboys' new and world-class coworking center, Formation at The Star in Frisco. 1MC is a non-profit organization designed by the Kauffman Foundation to educate, engage, and connect entrepreneurs. The Star is the campus of the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters.
Lastly, Melethia earned a BBA (finance concentration) from The University of Texas at Arlington and a MBA from the executive Technology Management MBA Program at The University of Washington.
