After 16 years as a top-tier regional representative for two of the industry’s most recognized tactile and access product brands, Tug walked away from the corporate grind to build something lasting—something his family could be proud of. His leadership style is forged in the field, shaped by real-world experience, and fueled by a relentless commitment to getting the job done right.
In 2024, Tug formally joined his wife Melethia at Robin Steel, where he now leads national sales, client partnerships, and vendor relationships across their tactile warning systems, handrail, and photoluminescent egress businesses. Whether it’s securing a national account, leading on-site installations, or negotiating complex deals, Tug brings an unmatched intensity and loyalty to every project.
Tug’s grit isn’t just for show—it’s his way of honoring the trust that customers, teammates, and family place in him every day. He believes in serving hard, staying humble, and building a legacy that lasts beyond the next contract.

- Outdoorsman & Mountain Hunter – Tug finds his peace at elevation. Whether it’s scaling remote peaks or glassing ridgelines at dawn, the challenge and solitude of mountain hunting fuel his drive both personally and professionally. It’s more than a sport—it’s a mindset.
- Coach & Community Guy – A proud Frisco local, Tug has spent years coaching youth baseball and other sports programs, using the field as a place to build character, discipline, and community. He brings the same leadership to the sidelines that he does to the jobsite.
- Hook ’Em – As a die-hard Texas Longhorn fan, Tug bleeds burnt orange year-round. He’s never far from the latest game, stat line, or friendly jab at his Aggie friends.
